RAIN Source Capital operates the RAIN funds bringing together like-minded angel investors to form individual RAIN funds, like Boise Angel Fund, then provides these funds with a legal framework, templates, investment and due diligence processes, access to deal flow and investment capital. As part of the RAIN Fund network, the Valley Angel Investment Fund is able to share expertise, deals and experiences between and among the RAIN Fund Network of angel funds to support growing companies. The RAIN Fund network currently has funds operating in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, South Dakota, Montana and Idaho with additional expansion planned.
